Pillarstone has executed today a complex transaction resulting in the acquisition, by the platform, of certain equity and debt instruments against two key Italian companies: Cuki, a leading company in the production of food packaging, and Lediberg, a company specialized in the production of diaries and notebooks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
